ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R registered in Crime No.374 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Mr.Raghavan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumarapalayam and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the development, the submission of the learned Government Advovate is recorded and there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumarapalayam to act upon the final report filed by the respondent Police in Cr.No.374 of 2019 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
