This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police twice daily at 10.30 a.m and 04.30 p.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16426 of 2022 dated 15.07.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous.
