This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 7 days in filing the criminal appeal against the order of acquittal dated 01.04.2025 passed in STC No.6289 of 2024 by the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-II (Magisterial Level), Egmore @ Allikulam, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 7 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
