This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that on the complaint given by one Dinakaran, a case in Crime No.119 of 2021 has been registered for the offences under Section 406 and 420 of IPC against the petitioner by the 2nd respondent. He would reiterate that the respondent is not harassing the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.

4.This Criminal Original Petition has been closed, accordingly.
