This petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the charge sheet dated 30.03.2016 filed in C.C.No.64 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Omalur, u/s 294 (b), 324, 506(ii) IPC.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the trial in C.C.No.64 of 2016 has commenced and witness has been examinedin-chief. In view of the above, it is not a fit case to interfere at this juncture. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
