A.Nos.3482, 3481 and 3483 of 2022 in T.O.S No.15 of 2014 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

These three applications have been filed by the petitioner/plaintiff 1) to reopen the evidence of PW1, 2) to recall the evidence of PW1 and 3) to receive the additional documents mentioned in the petition schedule.

2. There is no objection on the side of the respondents/defendants in allowing these applications.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these three applications are allowed.

4. Post the matter, before the Additional Master-III, for recording further evidence on 12.09.2022.
