The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC in Crime No. Not known of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the mater is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that FIR in Crime No. 39 of 2022 has been registered against the petitioner.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh petition.
