584/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.D.JOHNSON, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Considering the fact that there are arguable points in the revision and taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is willing to be put on terms, this Court is inclined to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner/accused.

2. The substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner shall stand suspended on condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.1,00,000/- on or before 11.06.2018 the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court No.I, Erode, and on such deposit, the petitioner shall release on bail on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track
