This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police to act upon the complaint, dated 10.10.2022 wherein the petitioner has sought for Non-traceable Certificate for the missing original documents.
2. Heard Mr.P.Muthusamy, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent to submit a complaint before the respondent in person along with all the relevant documents as contemplated under the circular memorandum issued by the Director General of Police, Tamil Nadu, dated 01.04.2022. The respondent Police shall deal with the complaint in line with the circular memorandum and take a decision within a period of four weeks thereafter.
