2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 08.02.2021 to the Registry seeking permission to post the above Criminal Original Petition for withdrawal.

3. The matter is listed today under the heading for withdrawal. When the matter is taken up today, a similar request is made before this Court.
