This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 377 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3. Despite the receipt of notice, the respondent Nos.1&3 neither appeared nor entered appearance through their counsel.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would aver that time was required for obtaining certified copies of the award and for completing further procedural formalities, and therefore, a delay of 377 days occurred in preferring the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

5. Accepting the averments made in the petition, this petition shall stand allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Serviced Authority, Chennai, on or before 04.06.2026. Failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
