O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent to pass orders under Section 3G(5) of the Highways Act, 1956, pursuant to the hearing conducted by the respondent on 24.06.2022. 2.With reference to the grievances putforth by the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that he has received an information from the Arbitrator/District Collector that the enquiry has already been concluded on 18.08.2023 and final orders will be passed within the period of fifteen (15) days from the said date.

3.In view of the said submission, no further direction is required and the respondent is directed to comply with their undertaking made before this Court.
