ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Seeking a direction to the third respondent to produce the petitioner's minor daughter M.Raziya Begum, aged about 17 years, who is under the illegal custody of the fourth respondent, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before this Court and to hand over her custody to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue was secured by the police on 22.12.2020 and was handed over to the petitioner on the same day.

3.Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
