By order dated 25.04.2022, this Court directed to refund of court fee paid in Arb. Appln. No.68 of 2022 and O.A.No.86 of 2022 to the applicant. By the present applications, the applicant seeks a direction for refund by way of an instrument drawn in the name of Ms.Anu Ganesan, learned counsel. In paragraph 5 of the affidavit, the applicant has set out reasons for seeking refund in the name of the learned counsel.

2. By accepting such request, these applications are allowed by directing the Registry to refund of court fee as per the order dated 25.04.2022 by issuing a cheque or demand draft in favour of Ms.Anu Ganesan, learned counsel.
