Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the orders of the first respondent committee in Case No.96 of 2018, dated 22.06.2019 relating to the cancellation of elections of duly elected the six Board of Directors of the 4th respondent society and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to function in the Board of Directors and as an Officer Bearer.

Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
