ORDER
The petitioner/accused in crime No.74 of 2025 filed a petition before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, at Chennai, in Crl.MP.No.1863 of 2026 seeking further investigation under Section 173 of BNSS and order has been passed on 25.02.2026. Thereafter, no action has been taken. The petitioner was not informed about the stage of further investigation. Hence, filed the present petition.
2.The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based upon the report of Truth Lab, finding prima materials collected against the petitioner. A case has been registered and he has been prosecuted.
