The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the file of the fourth respondent in reply letter in

Lr.No.JE/O&M/Kagithapattai/ RS/F.Arrear/D.146/2020 - 2021 dated 04.12.2020 and to quash the same and to direct the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2020.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is effective alternative remedy available to the petitioner before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum. Hence, this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and may issue direction to the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum to decide the petition that is to be filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

3.In view of the above, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such petition is filed by the petitioner, the competent person of the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum shall decide the issue and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible. 4.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Note: Registry is directed to return the original impugned order to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
