O R D E R

With consent of both sides, this Writ Petition has been taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2022 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

3. The petitioner owned the land by way of a partition deed entered into between the family members of the petitioner dated 20.07.2006, registered vide Document No. 1519 of 2006. Thereafter, the petitioner applied for a separate patta for the share allotted in favour of the petitioner, to an extent of 1480 sq.ft (3.394 cents), comprised in S. No. 568C/1 with a building situated in Vikravandi West Village, Viluppuram District. Therefore, the petitioner submitted the said representation for the issuance of a separate patta for her share, and the same is pending on the file of the third 2/5

respondent.

4. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 04.08.2022 made by the petitioner for the issuance of a separate patta for her share as per the partition deed dated 20.07.2006, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
