ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking amendment of the father's name of the petitioner/accused as Seenuvasan instead of Poongan in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13497 of 2026 dated 22.05.2026.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, due to an inadvertent mistake, the father's name of the petitioner was wrongly mentioned as Poongan instead of Seenuvasan in the anticipatory bail petition. He also produced a copy of the Aadhaar Card of the petitioner to substantiate the same and sought amendment of the father's name of the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection to allowing this petition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Further, a period of two weeks time is granted to comply with the conditions imposed in the said order, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stand automatically cancelled without further reference to this Court. 2/4
4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the order dated 22.05.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13497 of 2026 and issue a fresh order copy forthwith.
