Vide G.O(1d) No.134, School Education (Pa.Ka.5(1)) Department dated 18.08.2021 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents in proceeding with compulsory transfer on the basis of "Zero Vacancy" by holding that the petitioner's present post vacant.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
