This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Chengalpattu, to dispose the case in S.C.No.108/2016 as early as possible.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Taking into consideration the fact that the occurrence has taken place in the year 2014, this Court directs the trial Court to complete the trial in S.C.No.108 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided there is no any other legal impediment.
