J U D G M E N T

When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the parties are present along with their respective counsels and represented that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties and they also filed a Joint Memorandum of Compromise, dated 07.08.2024 which is duly singed by both the appellants and the respondent and their respective counsels. The same is hereby recorded.

2. In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is disposed of as per the Joint Compromise Memo. The Joint Compromise Memo, dated 07.08.2024 shall form part of the decree in the present appeal. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
