ORDER

This Court, vide order dated 03.10.2018, disposed of the writ petition in WP.No.25826 of 2018, directing the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2017, requesting to conduct election to the post of Muthavalli and other Committee https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Contempt Petition No.1260 of 2019 members, after conducting proper enquiry and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Since the said order has not been complied with, within the time frame stipulated by this Court, the petitioner has filed the present Contempt Petition. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that election notification has been issued and the process is going on. 3.Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the Contempt Petition is closed.
