This petition has been filed to implead the petitioner as one of the respondent in the Writ Petition.

2. Heard Mr.V.Paul Das, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.D.Balamurugan, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent and Mr.R.Gopinath, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 5.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that he has no objection for allowing this petition.

4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, this impleading petition is allowed.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
