2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is the case of bike theft and accused is yet to be traced. Hence, no direction can be issued to the respondent police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner. However, the respondent police is directed to take effective steps to expeditiously to complete the investigation. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
