ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. M.P.No.1 of 2013 is filed by the respondent in Civil Revision Petition for permitting him to withdraw the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- deposited to the credit of RCOP.No.769 of 2004 on the file of the X Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, who is the respondent in M.P.No.1 of 2013, submitted that he has no objection for allowing the said Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/respondent in M.P.No.1 of 2013, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, M.P.No.1 of 2013 is ordered and the respondent/petitioner in M.P.No.1 of 2013 is permitted to

withdraw the amount deposited to the credit of R.C.O.P.No.769 of 2004. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed.
