O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to desist from harassing the petitioner in connection with a civil dispute with his brother Mr.Srinivasan and others.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. On a complaint given by one Srinivasan, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.252 of 2017. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed.
