The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry into the petitioner's objection dated 05.08.2020 and pursuant to the notice dated 08.09.2020 and refuse to register the Sale Deeds in Pending Document No.22 of 2020, dated 13.05.2020 and Pending Document No.23 of 2020 dated 20.05.2020 presented by respondents 4 and 5 in favour of respondents 6 and 7, within a time frame.
2. Mr.R. Veeramani, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in W.P.No.15607 of 2020, filed by the respondents 6 and 7 to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to register the documents, this Court, by order dated 05.11.2020, directed the 3rd respondent immediately take a decision on the pending documents dated 13.05.2020 and 20.05.2020 respectively and register the documents, if it is otherwise in order or pass an order under section 71 of the Registration Act, within a period of two weeks.
3. Now, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice to direct the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's objection dated 05.08.2020 before registering the documents dated 13.05.2020 and 20.05.2020.
4. Mr. P.P. Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's objection dated 05.08.2020 prior to the registration of the sale deeds.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry, consider the petitioner's objection dated 05.08.2020 and pass orders, after giving opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties, prior to the registration of the sale deeds dated 13.05.2020 and 20.05.2020.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
