[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] After some arguments, Mr.Dhalapathy Vignesh Kumar, learned counsel on record for petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Habeas Corpus Petition' [hereinafter 'HCP' for the sake of convenience and brevity]. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: Page Nos.2/4
2. Learned counsel reiterates the aforementioned endorsement but made a request to preserve all the rights of the petitioner and or anyone concerned for the petitioner's mother to file a suitable petition or complaint in appropriate Court / Courts, Forum / Fora and authority / authorities.
3. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned HCP disposed of as closed albeit preserving all the rights of all concerned as sought for in the aforesaid manner.
