(CR.NO.66 OF 2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12508 of 2019 dated 09.05.2009 on condition that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders and 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30. a.m.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.JAYAVARTHANA, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MRS. M.PRABHAVATHI, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12508 of 2019 dated 09.05.2019 on condition that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and the 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
