The present Application has been filed to permit the applicant/petitioner to mark the certified and photo copies of the petition documents Nos.3,7,8,9,10,11 respectively as secondary evidence of the petitioner side exhibits.

2. Mr.S.Ramajayam, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted he has no objection in allowing this application.
