Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.3056 of 2025 in O.P.No.855 of 2023 is ordered as prayed for and time is extended to execute the security bond on or before 18.08.2025.
