ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to settle one time payment of the entire retirement benefits of the petitioner enhanced dearness allowances with arrears, the terminal benefits due as on the date such as Gratuity + Provident Fund + Commutation and other attendant Page No.1 of 4

benefits and enhanced dearness allowances and monthly pension along with 18% interest on delayed payment from 31.03.2020 to till the date of disbursement of the terminal benefits to the petitioner. 2.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that though he was retired from service on attaining superannuation on 31.03.2020, he has been paid only surrender leave and other terminal benefits yet to be paid. Hence, seeks direction of this Court.

3.In such view of the matter, if any such terminal benefits have not been paid to the petitioner, the respondent shall pay the same within a period of two months with interest of four percent for belated period. It is made clear that the interest is payable only to the legally payable benefits. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 20.07.2023 vv2 Index : Yes/No Page No.2 of 4
