ILANTHIRAIYAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.10121 of 2019 IN CRL OP.16315/2019 BALABHADRA YEHIA [ PETITIONER ] Vs THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE [ RESPONDENT ] VILUPURAM TOWN POLICE STATION, VILUPURAM DISTRICT CRIME NO.297 OF 2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the conditions of the Anticipatory Bail order in Crl.O.P.No.16315 of 2019 dated 02.07.2019 as to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- in the above said Crime Number instead of deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.R.SHANMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.

PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the conditions of the Anticipatory Bail order in Crl.O.P.No.16315/2019, dated 02.07.2019 to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- in the above said crime Number instead of deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed on him by order dated 02.07.2019. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees one thousand only) towards the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Chennai and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court" from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which the order stands automatically cancelled.
