Mr.Naveen Kumar Murthi, learned counsel for petitioner in captioned CMPs sought leave of this Court to give a closure to the captioned CMPs by saying the same are not pressed owing to closure being given to main O.S.A. today vide separate order. Saying so, learned counsel on record has made endorsements in the case files and a scanned reproduction of the same are as follows :

3. In the light of narrative thus far, captioned CMPs are disposed of as closed /not pressed. Though obvious, we make it clear that we do not express any view or opinion in the matter. There shall be no order as to costs.
