PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ or direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to implement the Revised Pay Scales of Pay, 2009 as per the recommendations of One Man Commission and sanctioned by the Govt. in G.O.Ms.No.338, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 26.08.2010 and as per the guidelines and recommendations issued subsequently in the various Government Notifications in favour of the petitioners considering their representation dated 18/12/2017, 10/02/2017 and their reminder representation dated 01.06.2023.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to implement the Revised Pay Scales of Pay, 2009 as per the recommendations of One Man Commission and sanctioned by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.338, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 26.08.2010 and as per the guidelines and recommendations issued subsequently in the various Government Notifications in favour of the petitioners by considering their representations, dated 18.12.2017 and 10.02.2017 and their reminder representation, dated 01.06.2023.

2.The grievance of the Writ Petitioners is that the Revised Pay Scales of Pay, 2009 as recommended by the One Man Commission and sanctioned by the Government, has not been implemented. As far as the petitioners are concerned, in this regard, they have already given representations, however, the same have not been considered by the respondents.

3.In such view of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioners and pass orders on merits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
