This petition has been filed seeking for completion of investigation.

2.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to in continue with the investigation in accordance with the guidelines given by this Court in Manohari vs. The District Superintendent of Police, Sivagangai District, Sivagangai and others reported in 2018 2 LW (Crl.) 522 and complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and file a final report or a closure report, as the case may be before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
