Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to pass an order made in Inquiry on 05.02.2016 as per the Impugned Proceedings Na.Ka.A4/4302/2015 dated .../01/2016 within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that he filed an appeal before the third respondent on 18.06.2015 with regard to wrong transfer of patta no.523, 725, Vadachettyanthal Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Villupuram District and though, he was called for enquiry on 05.02.2016 and on that day, he appeared and submitted all the documents, no orders have been passed and hence, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Manibarathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

4.Taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal petition dated 18.06.2015, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the respondents 5 to 8 and pass orders, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 5 and 8.
