This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the long and short cause title in the above writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner's company has undergone further change which however, not brought to the attention of this Court earlier. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing this petition.

4. Recording the same, this petition is ordered accordingly.
