2.The said statement is recorded.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner however, submitted that the petitioner's name was deleted in the joint patta issued in respect of the unacquired portion of the property.
4.This issue is alien to the cause of action involved in this case and the petitioner is at liberty to come out with a fresh representation, if he continues to feel aggrieved. In the meantime, he is advised to approach the Authority concerned for rectifying the error, if there is any. The Authority concerned is expected to do everything lawful and legitimate and is required to approach any issue that is before him only as per law and facts available before him.
