This petition is filed to condone the delay of 159 days in filing the C.M.A.SR.No.88840 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Despite service of notice on the respondents and their name is also printed in the causelist. However, none appeared on behalf of them.

4. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned, subject to the waiver of interest for the delay period and the petition is allowed.
