ORDER

The petitioner seeks an expeditious disposal of his unnumbered appeal pending on the docket of the first respondent since 01.02.2020, wherein he challenges the order of the second respondent. 2.Mr.M.Bindran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.This Court now directs the first respondent to dispose of the said appeal as expeditiously as possible and at any rate, not later than 16 weeks from today, after holding due enquiry in the matter and offering an opportunity of being heard to all those who are likely to be affected by his order.
