W.P.No.19717 of 2020 N.SESHASAYEE,J This matter has been posted today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

It was pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that as per the order of this Court dated 06.01.2021 necessary notices have not been issued to the parties concerned. 3.Mr.E.Balamurugan, leaned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents objected the above statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner and submitted that order of this Court has been complied with and necessary notices have already been sent to the parties concerned.

4. In view of the above statement of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, no further orders are not necessary in this Writ Petition.
