The present applications have been filed to pass an order against the Respondents to condone delay of 164 days in filing Written Statement of D2 to D4 in C.S.No.288 of 2024 in pending suit and to pass an order against the Respondents to condone the delay of 10 days in filing Written Statement of D1 in C.S.No.288 of 2024, pending suit respectively.

2. There is no representation on the side of the 1st respondent/plaintiff. However, considering the fact that the suit is for Partition and the reasons for delay has been explained in the affidavit filed in support of the respective applications and having been satisfied with the same, the application in A.Nos.3335 & 3336 of 2025 in C.S.No.288 of 2024 are ordered as prayed for and the delay in both the applications stand condoned.
