Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondent to pay all the service, monetary and pensionary benefits to the Petitioner pursuant to the order issued by the Respondent dated 22.01.2018 with effect from 16.09.2009 to till the date of superannuation based on the Petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2018, 09.01.2020 and 13.05.2020 within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to pay all the service benefit and other monetary and pensionary benefits to the Petitioner pursuant to the order dated 22.01.2018 of the Respondent with effect from 16.09.2009 till the date of superannuation based on the Petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2018, 09.01.2020 and 13.05.2020 within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.Rajamathivanan, learned Standing Counsel, taking notice on behalf of the Respondent and submitted that the Respondent will consider the representations of the Petitioner dated 07.06.2018, 09.01.2020 and 13.05.2020 and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the Respondent to consider the representations of the Petitioner dated 07.06.2018, 09.01.2020 and 13.05.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
