The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the G.O.Ms.No.55, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, LDU, LD-2(2) dated 14.02.2019. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to challenge the aforesaid G.O. in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.21243 of 2019 is also dismissed.
