Reliance General Ins. Co. Ltd v. Radha

C.M.P.Nos. 17548 & 17550 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No. 5940 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 98 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.18,777/- in CMA.SR.No.5940 of 2023 and (ii) to condone the delay of 127 days in representation for preferring the CMA.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and list the same in due course.
