This writ petition has been filed for challenging the order dated 25.08.2021 passed by the respondent, thereby refused to terminate the contract.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that subsequent to the order passed in this writ petition, the contract is terminated on 01.11.2021. It was challenged before the arbitration and award has been passed in favour of the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
