ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to sanction and pay the family pension and other terminal benefits to the petitioner on account of the death of her husband V.Karthikeyan, who worked as a Driver under the respondents, in accordance with law within a stipulated period.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the wife of the deceased Kathikeyan, who worked as a driver under the respondents and he died on 10.02.2018. Thereafter, the terminal benefits of her deceased husband has not been given to the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 21.02.2018. But the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, seeks a direction to the respondents to disburse the family pension and terminal benefits of her deceased husband.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 2/5
respondents on instructions submitted that if a fresh representation is given by the petitioner along with all relevant documents, the respondents will consider the same and pass Orders on the same.
4. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the respondents along with all relevant documents within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and on such representation being given, the respondents shall consider the same and pass Order on its own merits within a period of one month thereafter.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
