This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking for a direction to the learned II Judge, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Chennai, (II Court of Small Causes, Chennai) to dispose the case in M.C.O.P.No.484 of 2013 within the stipulated time.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are the parents of one Masana Karthik, who died in a bus accident on 07.06.2011. The petitioners have filed a motor accidents claim original petition in the year 2013 before the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, II Court of Small Causes, Chennai and it has been numbered as M.C.O.P.No.484 of 2013. It is the grievance of the petitioners that the petitioners have completed their evidence and the respondents are repeatedly taking adjournments and the trial Court has also granting time. He further submitted that the petitioners are senior citizens and they are put to unnecessary hardship, due to the pendency of the case. Thereby, the present petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned trial Judge for the early disposal.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

4. On perusal of records, it is seen that the accident took place in the year 2011 and the MCOP petition is pending from the year of 2013. The evidence on the side of the petitioners were closed and the respondents are repeatedly taking time.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the age of the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed with a direction to the learned II Judge, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (II Court of Small Causes), Chennai, to dispose of M.C.O.P.No.484 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
